Survey of College Admissions Directors

Inside Higher Ed recently published its 2013 Survey of College and University Admissions Directors.

Almost 60% of the colleges and universities surveyed had not met their enrollment targets by May 1.

Colleges will continue to make financial aid offers that do not meet a student’s full need.

More private colleges are building relationships with community colleges to accept more transfer students.

Only half of the directors believe that standardized information from Net Price Calculators, Shopping Sheets and College Scorecards will be helpful as students and parents evaluate their decisions.
